[rescue] looking for blade 100 ram

looking for cheap 256k or 512k pc133 ECC SDRAM DIMMs for a blade 100.
blade 150 ram will also work. in fact, sun says that the following is
the spec for working in a blade 100:

Frequency	tCK	tRC	tRAS	tRP
133 mhz		7.5ns	67.5ns	45ns	20ns

blade 150 ram will work. i don't know what other sun machines use ram
which meets this requirement. anyone else know?

do any of the non-sun machines use ram which meets these requirements??
