Most users would be confused as heck by this but yeah if a Sun or
compatible type system doesn't see a keyboard then it'll come up in
"headless" mode and output on Serial A.  This can obviously be confirmed
by putting a serial terminal or equivalent on Serial A, usually at
9600,N,8,1, and watching the output.
