Hmm, lying in bed, eyes closed, running your fingers back and forth, I think I'd tend to fall asleep pretty fast...

As for self-illuminating pages, I always thought you were supposed to hold the flashlight in your mouth - unless, of course, you have to move your lips when you read ;^)
