[rescue] Anyone have a PERC/RAID card?

X2 on the LSI vs Adaptec cards.

Retail Adaptec cards are effectively Windows-only, and
HP/IBM/Dell-branded RAID cards won't necessarily work outside of the
corresponding machines (found that out the hard way with a PERC4/SC in
an old Gateway dual-PIII box).

Examples of what you *do* want for your Dell are the PERC3/SC and
PERC4/SC. The latter is ~$100 on eBay.
