Eyetech sell them, although I wouldn't recommend dealing with them. I
ordered one from them plus an AmigaOne board. The AmigaOne board didn't
work, the PS/2 converter wasn't present, they refused to refund claiming
that the board worked fine and I didn't return the converter, and I
eventually had to drag it through the courts.

Getting one through eBay can't possibly be as much bother :)

There are various schematics and PIC programs on Aminet if you fancy
building your own. It's even possible to hack a PS/2 keyboard onto an A1200,
which might be of some use if you have one with a knackered case or keyboard
and wish to rehouse it.
