Most likely the terminal emulation of the console driver couldn't cope
with the special GFX / LCD of the Tadpole. Maybe you have to adjust your
$TERM and $LINES variables. If this and your X11 problems continue with
3.0 please use send-pr(1).

No. This is a pre OpenFirmWare machine and the old (NuBus) PowerMacs
without OFW and PCI are not supported.

If it supports PCMCIA / CardBus on a machine it will support WiFi.
