[rescue] Help with Xyplex Server

I've got a Xyplex MaxServer 1800 (w/floppy drive) that I picked up a
while back for $5.  It was booting ok and I was working on the
configuration and now it won't boot at all.  There doesn't seem to be
anything wrong with the disk itself, but the boot sequence goes like
this:
* diagnostics complete
* floppy light comes on
* numbers slide over to 8:
	1
	 2
	  3
	   4
	    5
             6
              7
               8
	1      8
         2     8
(until)
	12345678
and then they slide off:
	1234567
        123456 8
	123456  
        12345 7 
etc
* there's a pause in floppy activity
* floppy starts back up (I hear it seek too)
* all leds go out
* all leds flash a couple of times, rapidly
* 1, 2, and 15 lights come on.

Does anyone have a 'pristine' floppy image for this that I can download
to try to start from scratch on it?
