[rescue] CD-ROM cable/board for Netra T1-105

I've got a friend in need of all the bits that go between a Netra T1-105
baseboard and the bare CD-ROM drive. She's got the drive and the Netra,
but I think there's a small daughter card and flat/flexi cable that are
needed.

I can kick in a couple bucks plus S&H if need be, just to help her get off the
ailing colo'd SS10 w/ unsolved hardware problems...
