Hehe, that's pretty funny...I may have to steal that one.

Its interesting especially since I've been copying data from some old
tapes to put on CDs.  The TK50s have been fairly reliable for getting
the data off of, but the DATs have been really flaky despite been
substantially newer.

Now if I can just find a source for those cutesy TKXX-HC head cleaning
wands...TZ30s suck for cleaning.
