How?  The air to generate that positive pressure has to come in
somewhere.  If it isn't filtered when it comes in, it's going to bring
whatever dust it's carrying with it *however* it comes in.  (If
anything, seepage air coming in through case seams etc. is going to be
somewhat mechanically filtered just by virtue of the fact that it's
coming in through cracks and seams.)
