[rescue] E4000 installation

This board was there only because it made sense to me to install it there so I would have all the connectors close toegther...so I can hook the terminal or monitor up witthout having to   
because the wait of the boards make them better suited ffor those locations...probably  during it's transit the cdrom drive failed...but okey no problem will just replace the drive.
