I would remove and re-seat everything, like RAM, cards, etc.

Then examine the motherboard carefully for bent jumper pins, capacitors that are not flat on top (if they are curved upwards they are probably bad), and dust.

Look carefully at the connectors for the SBUS cards to see if they are weak, bent, or otherwise flaky.
