See the bottom of Apple's page:

"Mighty Mouse B) Viacom International Inc. All Rights Reserved."

You can be sure they got clearance.  Plus, a trademark for a cartoon
character isn't enforceable against a name for computer hardware (I 
think - I'm not a lawyer).
