The Celeron *used* to be crippled by the lack of cache... Now they simply
have a slight bit less cache than "mainstream" CPUs...
I think current Celerons have like 512K cache, where the latest Intel CPUs
have between 1 and 2 Megs...
Celerons got cache once word got back to Intel that "no cache was a no go"
