The torque spec is 6 inch-pounds, and it is fairly critical.  You can
probably achieve it with a 1/4"-square-drive torque wrench, a hex bit,
and care.

I have the correct driver, but I cannot spare it because I have no
disposable income to replace it.  I'd be willing to consider loaning it
to you, but I absolutely must get it back afterwards.
