The DHCP server provided with most Linux distributions works well too,
It's not a Linux specific one and is probably the same as the NetBSD one.

However there are specific packet processing options in the Linux Kernel that
are off by default needed by the DHCP client and server. If you use a 
kernel provided by a distribution, you are ok, if you compile your own,
you need to check the DHCP documentation.

I haven't used it in a while, but the Solaris one also works well too.
