   And there's the rub: my brother _is_ a computer wiz -- but his skills
are focused alittle higher than the desktop, mostly on the architecture
of larger interconnected systems. And, well, this is a Win 98 box, and
my mom's (justifiably, I say) not that adventurous.
   My brother's wife also suggested that my mom buy a Mac way back when,
and so now we try to stick him with the deskside support since he didn't
side with us at the time. :7)
