Also "he's good with computers, he can help me with my Windows problem".

It's starting to get quite difficult to politely deflect such requests. At
some point, I'm not going to be able to hide my inner BOFH.

Oh, and the machine in question is apparently running Windows 97. I'm just
not going there.
