   It is reminiscent of the disk packs used in the CDC 9766 drive.  It 
was relabeled by many other vendors (DEC, Wang, etc) so it's known by 
many names...DEC RM05 comes to mind.  The capacity of that design is 
300MB.  This doesn't look exactly like it, though...might be older.  
Just a guess.
