2 x Sun Microphone II (PN 370-168-01)

1 x Apple 600i SCSI (not a caddy drive) CD-ROM drive
   this is a 4x drive, and I believe Apple badged
   Matsushita drive--I believe it does the 512K
   block biz-ness

Also have 2 other caddy-requiring CD-ROMs (at
least 2) that came out of external JBOD trays
that were used on Sparcs.
