That's an 85MHz microSparc.

That slot isn't an Mbus slot, it's for the AFX bus S24 framebuffer.  SS5s
have their CPUs either soldered to the mainboards or socketed.

Both the 160MHz and 170MHz TurboSparcs have CPU fans.
