Y

So is everything else I see that looks like it might have something to do
with it. My thought is that there's something one must create and set, or
that some seemingly irrelevant setting is the key. Here's the whole thing:

AutoLoad=Y
ConsoleIn=multi(0)serial(0)
ConsoleOut=multi(0)serial(0)
OSLoadFilename=unix
OSLoadOptions=auto
OSLoadPartition=dksc(0,1,0)
OSLoader=sash
SystemPartition=dksc(0,1,8)
console=d
cpufreq=194
dbaud=9600
debug_bigmem=
diagmode=
diskless=0
dlgate=
dlif=
dllogin=
dlserver=
dumpdev=

initfile=
initstate=
kernname=dksc(0,1,0)/unix
keybd=

mrmode=
netaddr=192.168.0.40
netmask=
nogfxkbd=
