Small world. :7) "You know, Emeril is a graduate" (of the Culinary Arts
program), as we are often reminded.

They still do a lot of stuff with groups: for example, my
father-in-law was a high school business teacher, and he remembers JWU
from DECCA -- which is still a source of scholarship money for students.

On a side note, I am always astounded that there are takers for the
"Entrepreneur" degree program. I mean, if you're that into
entrepreneurship, why go to college at all -- why not just start your
own business?! (Also, you can get a degree in Equestrian Managament
"without horses." Wha...?)
But I have taken a couple of one-day courses on cooking topics and
*loved* them.
What was the Rescue-related topic again? Oh, yeah: I had an idle
Printronix printer shipped up toi Providence from the Norfolk campus
(during last year's hurricaine), and I switch its cabling back and forth
between an ethernet adapter and a serial link to our old Wang system.
