10.2 is not bad on it if you have a newer HD and
decent amounts of memory.  Of course, you're not
going to want to do anything graphics intensive.

I ran it on both a Pismo and a clamshell iBook.
The former was a 400Mhz, the latter as I recall was
a 350Mhz.  The Pismo had 576MB, the clamshell had
256MB.

10.3 would probably be even better, due to the
performance improvements (assuming you have the
128MB that's now the minimum).
