[rescue] Request for Comments - Origin 200s Craylinked

I've been informed that 1.  Get the shortest craylink cable you can (it
impacts preformance)
2. Ground the systems together Very Well.  Craylink is unbuffered.  There
is a ground point on the back of the case
3. Remember to set one O200 into "Slave" mode, it's a jumper on the MMC
4. Clock speed should be the same between the two systems, both HUB & CPU
(there are similar CPU speeds with different HUB speeds)
