Yes.

Yes, it's a VME board. The VCAM on the IO4 is responsible for 
interfacing the high speed memory/cpu bus with the VME bus. There are, 
I think, seven VME slots on the backplane, which the VCAM on the 
primary IO4 board is responsible for interfacing with.
