[rescue] Identifying Sbus Gig Ethernet cards

Along with some other assorted Sun gear, I recently rescued a pair of 
Sbus 1000Base-SX cards. The only number on them that appears to be a 
part # is 270-4375-05 rev. 02. I'm wondering if that makes them X1045A 
cards, or X1145A cards? I'd also be interested in knowing if anyone has 
actually gotten one of these to work on a sun4m platform. Thanks.
