I ended up switching back to the NetGear router at home tonight; the fan
on the CPU heatsink on the pseudoPIX started dying and made a ton of noise.

The system *worked*, though, for a couple of hours.  I just switched back
until I can get a good proper ball-bearing heatsink and fan for the CPU.
