   I will flame about the rest of your email later, but for now I feel 
compelled to say that this has *zero* to do with it.  *ALL* of Intel's 
processors part numbers start with "80" except the 4004.  There might 
be one or two other exceptions, but I can't think of any at the moment.

   8008, 8080, 8085, x86 (etc etc...although the Pentium is 80501/80502 
and a bunch of others), 8031, 8041, 8048, 8051, 80750, 80860, 80960, 
80196...
