   Ok, I didn't see the $200 one.  That *is* excessive.  I saw a few 
listings in the $50-60 range, which is perfectly reasonable given the 
current book market.

   And, you should be aware that Forth is FAR from obscure.  It is most 
likely present in the ROMs in many of the computers you own, in fact.  
Got a Mac?  Forth.  Sun?  Forth.  PC with decent PCI cards?  Forth.  It 
is all over the place.  That doesn't say "obscure" to my mind.
