If I had a spare hard drive, I'd put NetBSD back on my workstation.
I've got one of those IDE swappable drive bays, but all but one of the
!@#$ IDE drives is dead.

I'm running 0.8 as well.  I went through forums and there are tons of
people seeing this problem.

I think I am just using it more than you right now, but the shared
memory thing I posted about here/geeks seems worth investigating too.
