CRTs are considered replacable peripherals.  We had Platnium support (which
includes monitors) on all our *servers* at $WORK-1, so one day we gathered up
every nasty old Sun monitor we could find, and called in a support event.

Got all of them replaced (under the Plat contract) with shiny new 21"s. 8-)
