If you have a monitor with BNC inputs as well as VGA, you can use a
13w3-to-BNC cable instead. (The monitor might have to support sync on
green, but I have a vague feeling that there is some way to get the
Indy to output separate sync if necessary.)
The bonus is that many such dual-input monitors have a built-in switch
between their VGA and BNC inputs, letting you get away with a KVM
switch for video. You would still need one for keyboard/mouse, of
course.
