I was going to say "I haven't seen that" but actually, I did today.  

I was setting up a new-in-box Dell with pre-installed XP on it.  I was
installing the corporate antivirus client, but the McAfee one that
Dell ships (90 day trial adware) was not uninstalled.

Apparently the 2 AV programs were duking it out and not even
Ctrl-Alt-Del helped... had to pull the power cord.
