[rescue] Dual head Octane SI + ESI

But it seams that I have screwed up the GFX boards / Xserver. I played
around with different resolutions and refresh rates. I can't get the
secondary display to use 1280x1024_76 Hz. It always uses 71 Hz when I
choose the 1280x1024_76 mode. All 3D stuff doesn't work on the secondary
display. I.e. when I start "powerflip" I get an empty window. When I
move the window to the primary display all is well. When I start
"ImageView" on the secondary display the Xserver crashes... At least
"powerflip" worked on the secondary display after the installation.

I checked the board revisions. This is basicly an Octane2 with ESI GFX
instaed of VPro. 

BTW: Thanks to Kurt Huhn for his light bar repair page. My light bar is
now shining in bright blue. :-)
