Why the 2924?  I picked up a few for $275, upgraded IOS, and sold them
for $375. $275 the cheapest I've seen so far.

If it's 24 ports of cisco switching you want, the 2926 is cool and it's
"set based".  I have the latest software for it and I just say 2 go
yesterday for $100 each.  The 2926T has 2 UTP uplinks and the 2926F has
2 fiber uplinks.
