I figured something out. Right as soon as my Cisco Catalyst 5000 boots up, for a short amount of time on the serial console it will take a blank password for both the console password and the enable password, even if there is a password set. Is this done intentionally as a recovery measure? Is it a configurable option? -Dan Sikorski
