[rescue] OpenVMS CD boot

I am attempting to install OpenVMS 7.2-1 onto a PWS
500au.  I pop in the cd and issue the command ">>>boot
DQB0".  It starts to boot the install CD but then pops
up with an error message:

"oINIT_IO_DB-F-CFG_DEV_NOT_FOUND, a device on the boot
line, or in BOOT_DEV cannot be found in the config
tables"

It then restarts the whole boot process and pretty much
loops from there.

I am not at all familiar with VMS and i don't yet know
too much about SRM, only enough to boot from HDs or
CDs.  If anyone can point me in the right direction
here, i'd appreciate it.
