[rescue] AT&T 3b2's for rescue

I have machines that fit that spec.  I even have a '286 with a real 360K
drive.  I think I have some 360k blanks, too.  I'm 2800 miles from Philly
and I don't need a 3b2, but I'll help with the data transfer if anyone
decides to attempt a rescue.
