Gnu 'true' has a command line help option ("--help") and a version
option ("--version") that can't be abbreviated... why not?

It also has a man page... as well as an "info" page, and if you set the
"POSIXLY_CORRECT" environment variable it will act like original true
and ignore command line options...

Finally, it says it was written by no one - if that is true (it was
never written), how can it be copyrighted? (wouldn't an author be
needed?)
