[rescue] Vesa Local Bus video cards

   Boca Research made a VLB Ethernet board. It seems to be quite nice,
except that they never made drivers for it past WfW. It's compatible
with the NE1500T and NE2100 but for one fatal difference: it doesn't
use DMA. The drivers for the NE cards expect to use DMA. The result
is that you can generally get a ping or two out and back, just enough
to give you the feeling that it's working, and then it falls over
and goes boom.

   If anybody wants it, in the original box with docs and software,
it's yours.
