Hi

I just got my hp-ux laptop.

Here a few questions:

I got 2 empty drive cases including the SCSI to IDE adapter. So I slapped in a
old
20gig drive I had. Took me a while to figure out how to get it in there but
when I do
an

Main Menu: Enter coomand > sea

I get
P0 SESCSI.4.0 PLEXTOR CD--ROM PX 32TS
P1 SESCSI.0.0 ADTX AXSITS2532R 014C
P2 SESCSI.0.1 ADTX ...
P3 SESCSI.0.2 ADTX ...
P4 SESCSI.0.3 ADTX ...

Okay so I tried

boot SESCSI.4.0 <enter>
it tell's me
Booting...
Boot IO Dependent Code (IODC) revision 150

Then I get
Failed I/O operation with
ENTRY_ID
Status = -3

Bunch of zero's and then it drop's back to the main menu.

The same ISO's have been used to install a K-Class with no problem.
Is there anything special for installing HP-UX 11.i ??

Thanks for your help...

Cja,
       Thomas
