Well, to be really picky about it, there was Localtalk, Appletalk and
Ethertalk.  Appletalk is the protocol itself, Localtalk and Ethertalk
are the implementations over cat3 and over Ethernet respectively.  And
just to further confuse the issue, Appletalk comes in Phase 1 and Phase
2 flavors.

Don't ask me about Appletalk address resolution.  It's not pretty.
