I don't know if quad board configurations are physically possible. There
are only 3 XIO slots in the right side of the Chassis, the 4th XIO port is
for the PCI cage. So one XIO slot is for full height board, and the other
slot can hold up to 2 half height XIO. But I may be wrong... I can not
power down my octane to check.

Also remember that a quad SE configuration is bound to really tax the PSU,
so even if you get it working... you may be shortening the life of you
power supply significantly.

As far as I know, Irix does not support Xinerama like settings, so that
each board will run a separate X-server, so it may be impossible to span
windows across multiple heads... which is a bummer really. At least I
could not do it with my max Imp. Solid Imp I2 running 6.2 a while back.

Of course I could be wrong (I hope so...) I would love to have a dual head
desktop machine with a single logical server... or something like that
