Bill (or anyone else in TX), I'd be interested in a report from "the
belly of the beast" on the Texas "Unless you took a state test you
can't be called an Engineer" issue... As I understand it, Texas
threatened a bunch of Software Engineers to cease and desist using that
job title, since there is no Texas State approved test for licensing
Software Engineers...
