I've seen his shipping department - he has a foam injection machine,
and has custom foam inserts for each model of machine he sells in qty.

He is up to his ears in U2s and U1s, not to mention higer-end stuff.

He advertises on sunhelp.org, is a great business (has a dozen
employees, no fly-by-night operation), and if you need to ship a
machine like that, it isn't cheap.

The FedEx Ground alone is about $25 - 30, and add in the custom foam, a
new box, etc. - it isn't that bad (my E250 would have been Stoopid
expensive to ship, and the E450s were professionally palleted and
stacked by the loading dock. They were on a pallet, wrapped in
cardboard,, had corner supports and cellophane wrap around the whole
thing... Good as new!)
