The deal was that the VCs didn't get the majority ownership or control.
But, by stone walling on board appointments, they managage to gaim
majority control and steal the company.  Then they asserted in a counter
lawsuit (to a shareholder one) that shareholder actions should be
disallowed if the shareholders in questions are also board members.
Then there was some sort of hush-hush settlement and PG was gone from
the company after that.
