[rescue] WinNT on Alpha (was: Solaris on a PPC)

Supposedly it would "recompile" code little by little as you
used more parts of an x86 app.  This was suppose to make these
apps faster as you used them more.  It did run better than i
expected but i never noticed it getting any faster than it did
the first time around.  Sounded like marketing hype to me, but
i was glad to have it at the time as few Alpha native apps
were available under NT.
