That's probably a 43p, I would guess.  IBM model/type 7043-140.  If that's 
what it is, it's a desktop workstation.  PCI bus.  Has integrated SCSI (F/W 
SE, I think?) and 10Mb ethernet.

133Mhz 604 would be pretty slow.
