Do you mean a dial-up router?

Of course.

In the past, I've used a PC for this, without any drama at all. Primarily,
I've used a DOS-based NAT/router program called IProute, which you can read
about at http://www.insyte.com/iproute.html. Even an old '386 without a
hard drive will do for this, and IProute is both easy to set up and (as far
as I can tell) quite secure.

If you're talking about something else, though, just ignore me.
